Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Physical Excellence services provided by Ebou Njie, trading as Physical Excellence. By booking a session or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Physical Excellence provides the following services on a mobile, home-visit basis across London:
- Assisted Stretch Therapy — 60 and 90-minute sessions
- Personal Training — 1-to-1 and duo sessions
- Boxing & Muay Thai — 1-to-1 sessions
- Corporate Wellness — group stretch therapy sessions for professional teams
- All sessions take place at the client’s home, private building, or agreed location.
2. Health & Safety
- Clients must be in adequate physical condition to participate and should consult their GP before beginning any new fitness or therapy programme.
- Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before their first session.
- Physical Excellence assumes no liability for pre-existing medical conditions.
- Sessions may be paused or ended if continuing poses a risk to the client’s health or safety.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All payments are due in advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Sessions booked outside standard hours (Monday–Saturday, 6am–2pm) are subject to a priority rate supplement, agreed in advance.
- Corporate wellness packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date.
4. Online Payments
- Session packages purchased online via the website payment system are subject to the same terms as all other purchases.
- In the event of a failed payment, the session package will not be activated until full payment has been received.
- Physical Excellence reserves the right to cancel any online purchase in the event of a chargeback or disputed payment.
- All online purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired gift vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
6. Session Packages
- All session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited with no refund.
- Extensions may be granted at Physical Excellence’s discretion in cases of serious illness or injury.
- Session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
7. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
- If Physical Excellence cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, the client will receive a replacement session at no charge.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, Physical Excellence reserves the right to count the session as cancelled.
8. Conduct
Physical Excellence reserves the right to terminate any session or client relationship immediately in cases of verbal abuse, physical aggression, sexual harassment, or any inappropriate conduct. Pre-paid sessions will be forfeited with no refund.
9. Liability
Physical Excellence’s liability in connection with any session shall not exceed the value of that session. Physical Excellence holds appropriate public liability insurance for all sessions conducted at client premises.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
